In recent years, WBT (Web Based Training) has been common style in enterprise and schools training. However, there are some problems also in such existing WBT. Especially, they are about reusability and interoperability. ADL (Advanced Distributed Learning, U.S.) defined WBT standard called SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model). SCORM mainly provides reusability and interoperability to WBT. However, making SCORM contents cost increase more than existing WBT contents. In this study, we developed SCORM contents Making Support System. The system aims to reduce making SCORM content costs. Moreover, we evaluated our system.
